Complaints Procedure

DRAFT — Proposed wording pending review by qualified legal counsel. Periods and provisions marked "proposed" are not final.

How to complain

Email vantageinvestigation@gmail.com or call +1 (701) 890-2740 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please include your name, case reference if you have one, what went wrong and what you would like us to do.

Who handles complaints

Complaints are reviewed by the business owner, who acts as the interim complaints reviewer.

Our timeline

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive written response within 10 business days of acknowledgment. If we need more time, we will explain why and give you a new date.

Internal escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, reply asking for a final review. The business owner will reconsider the complaint and aim to issue a final decision within 10 business days.

External escalation

If your complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the Wyoming Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit, the attorney general or consumer protection agency in your state, or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Clients outside the United States may contact their local consumer protection authority.

Records

Complaint records are kept for a proposed period of 3 years, pending legal review.
