Recovery is not guaranteed
Vantage cannot guarantee the recovery of lost or stolen funds or any particular investigative outcome. Many fraud losses cannot be recovered.
Investigation versus recovery
An investigation establishes facts, traces transactions and documents losses. Actual recovery, where possible, happens only through banks, payment providers, exchanges, law enforcement, regulators or courts acting under their own legal authority.
Our limits
Vantage never claims authority to freeze, seize or release assets, or to compel transfers. Any recovered funds are returned directly to your own verified account or wallet by the institution or authority involved, never through accounts controlled by Vantage.
Fees
Paid services are defined investigation work under a written proposal with milestone-based fees. Vantage does not currently charge recovery-assistance or recovery-based fees, and will never ask for a payment to unlock, release or verify funds.
Jurisdiction
Wyoming registration does not by itself authorise investigation services in other states or countries. Jurisdiction-specific requirements are reviewed before any regulated investigation service is provided, and we may decline a matter or refer you to appropriately licensed professionals.
Status and affiliation
Vantage is an online-based business with Wyoming registration in progress. It is not licensed, registered or regulated by any authority, and is not affiliated with any government agency, law enforcement body, bank or cryptocurrency exchange.
What we will never ask for
We will never request wallet recovery phrases, private keys, banking passwords, one-time authentication codes or remote access to your device. Be cautious of anyone who guarantees recovery or demands upfront payment in cryptocurrency or gift cards.
Asset tracing and financial investigation services do not guarantee the recovery of lost funds. Outcomes depend on the circumstances of each case and the availability of lawful recovery options.
